Dr. Dien Pandiman is currently the Executive Director of the Pidilite Innovation Centre and is responsible for R&D and Innovation on Surface Coatings and Construction Chemicals for Pidilite Group. He has more than 20-year experience in these fields of Nano Materials in surface coatings and construction chemicals. He is the Fellows of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC) and Singapore National Institute of Chemistry (FSNIC), was the Chairman of the RSC Singapore Chapter and Vice-President of Singapore National Institute of Chemistry. He had served as the Secretary-General of the Federation of Asian Chemical Societies (FACS) from 2013-2015 and contributed to Singapore IPI (IP Intermediary) Industry Advisory Panel. He is recently appointed by the National Research Foundation (NRF) under the prime minister office as Member of Proof-of-Concept (POC) Panelists to evaluate various projects from universities and research institutes.
